Considered one of the
finest river views in Bucks County, Point Pleasant was established in
1828. Soon after, our River Rd house was built. An Early Settler's stone
cottage sits tucked into the hillside, used as a shelter until the grand
stone house grew up in front of it. |

The kitchen has
gleaming plank flooring and exposed beams, with glazed cabinetry and
lots of light and a door leading to a brick patio. The 2nd floor
completes the antique character, topped by a walk-up attic. In the rear
of the house, settle into your reading room where a wall of windows,
skylights and wood stove coaxes one to slow down and enjoy the scenery.
